Coordination Pricing

 We charge a flat rate based on the package you choose in combination with hourly rates for
any special services that we are asked to accommodate. The difference: A consultant who
charges you by a percent of your total wedding budget has no incentive to find you the best
deals on the catering, venue, florist, etc. The higher your bills are, the larger the profit they
make for themselves. Since we charge a flat, we work in your best interest to negotiate the
best prices for the highest quality products and services.

 We do not take kick backs. We work in the best interest of our clients. We are not biased
toward one vendor or the other because of such paid incentives. We are, however,
knowledgeable about what each vendor’s qualities are and know which one may provide the
style you are looking for within your budget.

Our Packages
Platinum Package $3600
 With the Platinum Package, every detail of your wedding is managed flawlessly 
leaving you worry and stress free on your special day.With today’s busy schedules, 
you might not have time to do it all yourself, which means the Platinum Package is

choose the vendors and wedding day details that we help you to select and we do all of the work. 

Gold Package $1800
 This package includes our professional wedding planning & design, our online 
interactive wedding coordination workbook, along with the benefit of our expert organizational 
skills for the rehearsal and wedding day. We can help you bring all the details together 
and make your dream come to life, so you can enjoy your day worry free.

Silver Package $600
 If you just need assistance in the initial planning process, the Silver Package is perfect for you. 
This package includes 5 hours of one on one planning meetings and our online interactive 
wedding coordination workbook.
