A Timeline for Ordering Wedding Tuxedos

3 to 6 months before the wedding...
Visit our store or our website to register your wedding and begin the tuxedo selection process. You may view styles on this website, order a brochure, or use our Build-A-Tux feature to mix and match tuxedos & accessories before or after you visit our store.


2 to 5 months before the wedding...
Select your Tuxedo and Accessory styles and place your order. Contact any out-of-town Groomsmen you may have, and arrange for them to acquire their measurements locally. Consider sending an email with a link to our website showing your groomsmen the style they´ll be wearing. Inform the shop and your wedding party of whether or not you will be paying for all of the tuxes or your party will be paying for their individual tuxes.

6 to 8 weeks before the wedding...
Out-of-town Groomsmen measurements should be collected and given to our shop. The Groom and any local Groomsmen should visit our shop to be measured and fitted for their tuxedos in person. A 50% deposit on each tuxedo is required to place the order.

1 week before the wedding...
We will call you to inform you that your group´s tuxedos have arrived in our shop 2-3 days prior to the wedding day. The groom and groomsmen should visit our shop no later than 3:00 the day before the wedding for final fittings, adjustments and to pick up the tuxedos. Make sure that each person tries on his tuxedo before leaving the store.

The first business day after the wedding...
Return the tuxedos to our shop no later than 12:00pm. Late returns are subject to a fee of $29 per tux per day! Consider asking the Best Man be responsible for this duty or paying the Wedding Coordinator to return them.
