Our rates are based on the amount of coordination that your event requires. Our services can range from $500 to $5,000. Hourly Event Consultation begins at $65/hr. We offer a free initial consultation to asses your individual event needs. From there we will work with you to develop a package that includes all coordinating aspects that your event requires. We charge a flat rate based on the package you choose in combination with hourly rates for any special services that we are asked to accommodate.

The difference: A consultant who charges you a percent of your total wedding budget has no incentive to find you the best deals on the venue, caterer, etc. The higher your bills are, the larger the profit they make for themselves. Other coordinators may charge a “complete event package” price – say $28,000 for full destination wedding package and pay for the photographer, caterer etc, out of the total billed amount. With no incentive to save you money, they can pick the vendors that best suit their needs and pocket. Since we charge a flat rate, we work in your best interest to negotiate the best prices for the highest quality products and services to suit your taste and budget.

Celebrations does do not take kick backs. We work in the best interest of our clients. We are not biased toward one vendor or the other because of paid incentives. We are, however, knowledgeable about what each vendor´s qualities are and know which one may provide the style you are looking for within your budget.

Platinum Package — $2250

With today´s busy schedules, you might not have time to do it all yourself, which means the Platinum Package is just right for you. We will assist in everything from arranging meetings with vendors to detailing your timelines and budget. Entrust your wedding to the trained professionals at Celebrations. With the Platinum Package, every detail of your wedding is managed flawlessly leaving you worry and stress free on your special day. This package includes:

• 6 hours of one on one consultation, time to get to know you, your idea of the ultimate dream wedding and together build a fully detailed outline of the wedding. Only the vendors best suited for your taste and needs will be suggested and you choose which ones are right for you.
• 11 hours of administrative work, the time it takes to clarify details with you and your vendors. It also includes phone calls/emails with you and/or your vendors to line out all of the wedding set up and to secure your desired vendors. This time will be used to negotiate contracts, build the wedding budget, event design- décor scheme and the wedding day time line. Every detail from invitation selection to how the gifts will be delivered to you home will be discussed.
• a 1.5 hours wedding rehearsal 1-2 days prior to the wedding.
• 30 miles of travel to/from Durango for the rehearsal and the wedding.
• Celebrations arriving 2 hours before the start of the ceremony to oversee vendors as they arrive and set up, greet guests and coordinate the ceremony. This time will also be used for decor set up, if decor is extensive, we require family/friends to assist. (There is also the option of hiring our staff at an additional charge.)
• a total of 10 hours of wedding day directing.

Gold Package — $1695

This package is ideal for you if you need assistance with the planning process. If you have secured your venue or contracted some of your vendors and you seek some logistical assistance and management as well as the benefit of our expert organizational skills and etiquette, the Gold Package is perfect for your needs. This package includes:

• 3 hours of consultation, time to get to know you, your needs for the day of the wedding and go over your fully detailed outline the wedding day. This also includes vendor referrals and assistance locating the ones that will best suit you needs.
• 7 hours of administrative work, the time it takes to clarify details with you and your vendors. It also includes phone calls/emails with you and/or your vendors to line out all the wedding set up and time line.
• a 1.5 hours wedding rehearsal 1-2 days prior to the wedding.
• 30 miles of travel to/from Durango for the rehearsal and the wedding.
• Celebrations arriving 2 hours before the start of the ceremony to oversee vendors as they arrive and set up, greet guests and coordinate the ceremony. If you have already established contracts with all desired vendors, have completed all aspects of the planning process and just need assistance the day of the event, the Silver Package is perfect for you. We can help you bring all the details together and make your dream come to life, and you can enjoy your day worry free. This package includes:

• 2 hours of consultation, time to get to know you, your needs for the day of the wedding and go over your fully detailed outline the wedding day.
• 2 hours of administrative work, the time it takes to clarify details with your vendors. It also includes phone calls/emails with you and/or your vendors to line out all of the wedding set up and time line.
• a 1.5 hours wedding rehearsal 1-2 days prior to the wedding.
• 30 miles of travel to/from Durango for the rehearsal and the wedding.
• Celebrations arriving 2 hours before the start of the ceremony to oversee vendors as they arrive and set up, greet guests and coordinate the ceremony.
