Event Coordination Pricing
Our rates are based on the amount of coordination that your event requires. Our services can range from $500 to $5,000. Hourly Event Consultation begins at $65/hr. We offer a free initial consultation to asses your individual event needs. From there we will work with you to develop a package that includes all coordinating aspects that your event requires. We charge a flat rate based on the package you choose in combination with hourly rates for any special services that we are asked to accommodate.
The difference: A consultant who charges you a percent of your total wedding budget has no incentive to find you the best deals on the venue, caterer, etc. The higher your bills are, the larger the profit they make for themselves. Other coordinators may charge a “complete event package” price – say $28,000 for full destination wedding package and pay for the photographer, caterer etc, out of the total billed amount. With no incentive to save you money, they can pick the vendors that best suit their needs and pocket. Since we charge a flat rate, we work in your best interest to negotiate the best prices for the highest quality products and services to suit your taste and budget.
Celebrations does do not take kick backs. We work in the best interest of our clients. We are not biased toward one vendor or the other because of paid incentives. We are, however, knowledgeable about what each vendor´s qualities are and know which one may provide the style you are looking for within your budget.
